It may be difficult to determine if your intellectual property rights have been violated, in which case we may request additional information before we remove or restore any infringing material, and we ask your cooperation in responding promptly.
Please be advised that under the DMCA anyone who knowingly makes misrepresentations regarding alleged copyright infringement may be liable to Trip Clips, the alleged infringer and/or the affected copyright owner for any damages incurred in connection with the removal, blocking and/or replacement of allegedly infringing material.
It is Trip Clips's policy, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, to close your account at any time with or without notice if, in Trip Clips's good faith estimation, you have infringed the copyright of another.
